Product Tried: Skin Blossom Gentle Cleansing Milk
|
I like this cleanser, it spreads easily, and washes off easily too. I was skeptical initially as i have oily but senstive skin and usually find foam washes more effective than cleanser milks. However, this washed off without the filmy feeling, left my skin quite fresh. I like it also because it does not require a follow-up toner, and can double up as eye make-up remover. Saves me time and money. Another point worthy of mention - Kanga customer service is excellent. Taken customer service up to the level of customer delight.

Conclusion: I've used this product with the Organic Bloom Nourishing Face Moisturiser for over a month and am glad to state that my skin is far less oily now. Though I still suffer from some skin conditions, they're no longer as critical and painful to deal with. My face, which used to be very puffy and swollen has toned and firmed by quite a bit. If you're on a budget and interested in a quality organic skincare product, this item is for you. If you're highly sensitive to harsh ingredients just like me, this is for you too. If you're vegan, this product has been approved by the Soil Association(UK) so it ought to interest anyone looking for animal-friendly skin and beauty products.

Product Tried: Skin Blossom Nourishing Moisturiser

This works well for my problem skin - sensitive, oily, yet prone to dehydration and flaking. Many moisturisers cause my skin to clog up, but i can't do without as my skin will peel without it.This one spreads easily, absorbs quickly, and smells heavenly, like the final touches of a spa facial. And, no clogged pores, no flare ups, just hydated skin.

Product Tried: Ola Hawaii Passion Fruit Citrus Pacific Salt Scrub
Unlike most scrubs I’ve seen which comes in a textured cream form, this one is a full jammed packed 2-inch thick of pure skin scrubbing salt, soaked in organic Lehua honey. Because of its density, a little goes a long way. For $39.90, it’s very economical! Breaking the seal of the tub is like pricking the skin of an orange – you can almost immediately smell the strong citrus flavour. Despite its initial strong fragrance, it didn’t leave me walking around like a huge over ripe passion fruit. Just a very subtle citrus smell lingered on my body, which I like. It also left the toilet with a nice smell, great for covering up your tracks (if you know what I mean). There’s a very thin veil of moisturising oil left after rinsing, so I don’t feel the need to further moisturise my skin. For the non-lazy people, I’m sure the skin will appreciate further quenching.

Product Tried: Ola Hawaii Sandalwood Verbena Pacific Salt Scrub
I bought a bottle of Sandal Wood Verbena Pacific Salt Scrub. I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I opened it and saw that there was actually salt inside! Not just any salt but huge grains of sea salt from the Pacific Ocean! The salt was soaked in decadence – Lehua Honey, Virgin Coconut Butter, Coconut Oil, Mango Seed Butter, Avocado Fruit Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil and Kukui Nut Oil. It smelled so good I was so tempted to taste it. I used it at night and felt really relaxed after the shower. There was a layer of oil left on my skin that kept it feeling moisturized and pampered. It made it feel even better knowing that the ingredients used were organic and sustainably grown. All that for $39.90 was really worth it! It’s still sitting by the shower so I have it within reach anytime I feel like giving myself another treat.
