Delivery & Payment Conditions 

  • Free standard courier delivery with purchases above SGD$80, otherwise SGD$6 is applicable for standard courier delivery charges in Mainland Singapore only (excluding  offshore islands) and additional SGD$3 for option to pay cash on delivery upon goods received. SGD$3 will be waived if customer opt to pay first via Internet Banking or ATM Transfer with courier delivery service for orders below SGD$80
  • Single item purchase customers can also opt for local SingPost postage delivery. SGD$3 is applicable for items below 500grams. SGD$5 is applicable for items below 1kg.
  • Delivery days are Everyday with flexible hours between 8am to 10pm. Please ensure your presence during expected delivery hours.
  • Standard courier delivery service will be made within 1-2 working days upon orders received before 6pm during Mondays to Fridays. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays will only be processed on next working day.
  • There will be no more Express courier delivery service with immediate effect.
  • Customers can opt for Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) payments or Internet Banking or ATM Transfer when using courier delivery service. For cash on delivery to courier, please kindly provide exact amount whenever possible. Internet Banking or ATM Transfer bank details will be provided via email upon order received.
  • Customers opting for local SingPost postage elivery will be required to make payment first via Internet Bank Transfer or ATM Transfer before item can be posted out. E-copy invoice will be sent to customer's email provided, along with details for payment transfers.
  • With the submission of your order(s), you have read and agreed on our terms and conditions and Kanga Organics policies.

Membership Policy

When making the first purchase from Kanga Organics, customer will first be required to register as a member. Customer may choose the login ID (max. 10 characters) and the password (max. 10 characters) of your choice. Customer can login through LOGIN and change the password and personal information anytime. Customer information is captured in our Kanga Organics database to speed up the check out process when customer makes subsequent purchase. Customer will be able to choose whether to receive any newsletter and promotional material via email or mail during sign up process. If you do not wish to receive, please send us an email notification with subject: UNSUBSCRIBE ME to info@kangaorganics.com		  
 

Payment Policy

Kanga Organics payment mode is strictly via Internet Banking/ ATM Transfer or cash on delivery (C.O.D) only. Email will be sent to provide e-invoice, total payable amount, and bank details, before delivery is made. 		 
 

Out of Stocks Policy

Products will be listed ‘sold out’ when stocks are not available periodically on the website, however should a customer’s order coincide with our website updating, customers will then receive email notifications of products ‘sold out’ status. Customers can choose to shop for other products or cancel the order upon such email notice received. Kanga Organics will endeavor to replenish stocks soonest possible for all customers. 		  
 

Return Policy

Kanga Organics will not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges of products, once order has been processed, and delivery in progress. Exchanges will only be allowed should there be any wrong item being delivered to customer, which is not according to the invoice order. Re-delivery charges will be borne by Kanga Organics.		  
 

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy covers any personal details and information that we received from you when you use our services on kangaorganics.com. This policy does not cover the acts of other companies, staff and people that Kanga Organics does not control or manage.		  
 

When purchasing from Kanga Organics

In order to process your order and delivery, Kanga Organics needs to collect personal information such as your name, telephone number, email address, billing and shipping address. By making a purchase, you will need to become a registered user of kangaorganics.com. These details are retained in our database so that you don't have to retype them every time you place an order. You can update these details at any time by logging in LOGIN using your login ID and password.
